48 Hour Delivery (We use Express Post for addresses in apartment buildings and delivery may take longer, also not including weekend or very remote Canadian locations that may take longer).
IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. All government forms are free, your fee only covers our courier costs and processing.
  2. We try to process all orders that are received before 2pm Toronto time, during Monday – Friday (not holidays) on the same day.  In most cases if you live in a major city you should receive your order the next business day, but this should not be taken as a guarantee as some days are very busy for us.
  3. Walk in to pick up a Supplementary Identification form. Free government application forms are provided to clients who purchase a 10 minute consultation and at any time request any type of application form they may need. Please note we only give out 2 Supplementary Identification forms. 
  4. We do credit all your fees if you decide to upgrade your service to Regular Filing or Urgent Filing with Immigroup.

Some applications may take longer to process by the government. Applicants for Permanent Resident Cards must pick up their cards in person within 180 days from the date of approval. Applicants agree they must notify Immigroup immediately in case they change their address, phone number, or any other relevant contact information. All applications are filed on regular basis where regular processing time applies unless the client provides proof of urgency. If you decide to cancel after you place your order there will be a processing fee of $27.89 + Courier (approximate $15 -$35 depending where you live in Canada; courier to bigger cities would normally cost less than courier to remote areas) charged to your card.
